Gym vs home...surprised

Woke up feeling nice and sore! Jillian Michaels and I are going to develop a long term relationship. I don't feel sore after hours at the gym and lifting with heavy machines. With Jillian, 24 minutes and 5 lb weights and I got such a good workout. I love ripped in 30. Much more than shred. I don't know why. Well I'm only on week 1 so we'll see if I still love it in week 2, or if I'm crying. But I highly recommend Ripped in 30.

So I won't feel to bad if I don't hit the gym every day because I think I'll get results with this.
I feel extremely calm today. I don't know if it's because I worked out first thing in the morning, or because my allergies were on a rampage and I've been popping antihistamines. Either way, I feel surprisingly relaxed. Nice day so far.
