"MY CHALLENGE" Day 8 & weekend review.

Refer to early blog: LAST 5 WEEKS OF P90X (round 1)! "MY CHALLENGE"

Did 50 Burpees in 6:17.2 (Down 37 seconds from Friday!!)
Ran 1 mile in 8:58 (Down 17 seconds from Friday and 44 seconds from day 1)
Did P90X (Day 64)--Chest, Shoulders & Triceps with Ab Ripper X

This past weekend I slept a lot! After work Saturday morning, I went grocery shopping then was in bed by 9AM and slept 7 hours straight... Actually I slept 26 of the 36 hours then. I only pretty much ate, watched tv and relaxed. I did manage to get Kenpo X done on Sunday. Last night around 8, I was slept up/out... I got up, cooked my meals for the week, cleaned my whole house, then did Monday morning's workouts (above). I work days today (and write this on break). Honestly, I still feel great, but I know bed will feel good tonight.

I logged my food for today... I'm pretty happy:). Weighin in the morning after night of sleep.
