So I am down another 2lbs from friday! The reward wasn't the number on the scale though... it was what caused me to get on the scale. My wife looked at me from the side and went whoa! That was a priceless reward.

    The best way fro me to get water is that i use a cup that can hold 2 cups of water or more if you want but just make sure it can hold at least 2 cups of water. But Im sure you dont want to measure the amount of water each time so i make my cup can hld 2 cups of water with about an inch from the water line to the very top of the cup so i can measure the amount with my eyes. Then I drink the whole glass of water for breakfast anothe whole glass for lunch and another whole glass for supper and then you have 6 glasses of water a day! which is a good start of getting water in and then you only have to drink one more glass sometime in the day to get 8 cups of water. For me getting that much water in is hard because im simply not thirsty. But I noticed that when I eat I tend to drink alot so i get my water in then. Another good way to see how much water you are taking in is to by water by the gallon like at walmart in the drink section they have gallons of water for like 80 cents each..(well in ohio) and I know that I have to drink half the gallon to get in 8 cups of water. because one gallon of water has 16 cups. So if you drink a gallon in 2 days then you got in enough water! good luck!

    Thats great Jason. Keep up the good work. It sure does help too, when there are signs of the weight coming off. Especially when you feel it in your clothes. Thumbs up!
