new places to walk

I'm getting bored of the hospital walking track. It only took 4 years..lol..I enjoy talking to my track family but its getting old. I see the same people over and over, talk about the same things and well the track it just boring. I found a list of parks in the baton rouge area that has walking tracks, I think im going to give them a try. I'm feeling motivated today, I feel great except for my back. I messed it up some how when I sat down. It sucks getting old..lol..

My wednesday work out will be messed up a bit but im planning on getting around that. A guy at church has been asking me to go fishing with him for over a year now. So I finally agreed to go fishing at a park down the road. I'm suppose to meet him at 8am. The park has a track so im thinking about showing up at least 30 mins early to get some laps in before he shows up. I havent been fishing in awhile so it should be fun! I just hope my back gets better!

The not weighing is helping me stay motivated! Im glad I stoke the idea from someone else..lol

    Fishing sound very nice and so relazing. I hope you caught a lot of fish. I like to change up my walk locals to meet new people and to just let my feet run wide in a new place. emoticon

    You know... If you're going to be in Baton Rouge today, I would LOVE to walk with you. We've been saying we'd get together for what? Over a YEAR now! :P
