#1. Don't compare your weight loss to the loss of others. We all lose at different rates and different things work for different people.
#2. Trial and Error. We try and we continue to learn as we go through this weight loss journey. The best way to learn is to try.
#3. Eating is a Must! Some people think that starvation is key. However our bodies need fuel and energy to burn. Without it its hard to function and we could be doing more harm to our bodies without it.
#4. Patience! Weight didn't pile on overnight, it sure won't fall off overnight! I wish it could but slow and steady wins the race.
#5. Some days are going to be great and some days are going to be hard however consistency is key and holding your head up! I find that sometimes my hard days are hard because I want things to be a quick fix but I really need to take my time and continue on in able to reach my goals.
#6. Exercise is a mood booster! When I exercise, eat right and do what I am suppose to then I actually feel better! I guess because then I know that I am doing right by myself!
