Learning to relax.

I was trying on sunglasses yesterday & noticed that my face looked tense.
As I'm typing this, I repeatedly remind myself to put my shoulders down, because they are pulling up toward my ears.
Also, I woke up tired after 8 hours of sleep.
I'm not the most naturally relaxed person, but encouraging physical relaxation will lead to mental relaxation. I guess that's one of the draws of yoga.
Should probably reexamine my other habits too.
