it's week 2

Today I am changing things up and headed to the gym right after breakfast. Maybe I can keep my metabolism high all day. I plan to do a vigorous workout today and then do some exercise during commercial breaks on the Biggest Loser tonight. I wasnt happy that the scale showed a gain of 3lbs for the weekend, but I also know that my friendly visitor is part of that. This too shall pass. I will get that 3 off quickly this week and I will not let it discourage me. I have yet to do my measurements but will most likely do them tonight. I know that I need to do them. I am changing, maybe not in numbers or inches but as an overall person I am changing.
