Have you tried pilates? When I do it consistently with cardio and watching my nutrition, I definitely notice definition in my abs. I think Coach Nicole has some videos on SparkPeople, but I love Gaiam's videos with Ana Caban. Hope this helps and glad to hear that you're doing well :) 2007 days ago
