I am doing good with my weight loss but really need some tips to lose my belly.Any one have any good tips? emoticon

    Your belly is probably the last place you will lose it. Just work on strengthening the core muscles... It will happen! :)

    Have you tried pilates? When I do it consistently with cardio and watching my nutrition, I definitely notice definition in my abs. I think Coach Nicole has some videos on SparkPeople, but I love Gaiam's videos with Ana Caban. Hope this helps and glad to hear that you're doing well :)
