The scale hasn't budged.
And it's a good thing.
I reset my fitness goals for this week and as expected, my calorie range went up a bit.
I'm hoping to get my workouts in as I've planned for in my head.
I have a main plan, as well as a Plan B.
I've been sneezing all day, my nose has been runny, and the throat itch is back, too.
I'm not freaking out over it.
I think my immune system needs to balance itself out after being on meds for 3 weeks!
I did get gym time in today!
It felt great to be back.
A couple of people actually noticed I wasn't showing up!
It felt good to know people noticed.
It means I'm a regular
I did a 20 minute jog
And the 60 minute Body Pump class
I was shaking during the whole class, it was a bit embarrassing, but expected.
3 weeks of inactivity is a long time!
Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day.
I know, I know, I just restarted, but I run errands on Mondays.
Maybe I'll do them in heels/wedges
