One week later

I am enjoying life. I went to fitness class twice this week and I really enjoy the workout. The instructor, the music, the people, it is all motivating. I am doing the elliptical on weekends at home and use that time to get caught up on Days of Our Lives while working out! I really enjoy eating clean. Smoothies for breakfast, soup, salad and fruit for lunch. Protein and veggies for dinner. However, this weekend I did also enjoy a visit with old friends. I ate foods I usually do not eat. Chicken enchiladas and spanish rice for dinner last night. Pancakes and sausage for breakfast this morning. When you are a houseguest, you eat what is provided. So, extra work this week to make up for a great weekend!
