about blogging. I just don't think I have much to say. Things just aren't changing very quickly, and I think I burned out. I've been doing the same thing for over a year and a half, and it's been months since I had any real progress. TIme to take stock and make some changes ::sigh::

    Try changing up your workout. Try new exercises. Do not give up. Also take a closer look at what you are eating.

    I remember when that happened to me. I decided to keep going because at least I wasn't gaining. Then all of a sudden people started commenting on my weight loss. I guess I was losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, so I wasn't noticing a change in weight. I remember checking my measurements and was very surprised that I had lost so many inches. The next thing I knew I was shopping for smaller clothes.
