Wintertime blues

Sunday, January 20, 2013

So, if anyone is to look at my food and fitness tracker for the past two weeks, you'll notice something-I have completely sucked. I don't know what has gotten into me. I have been sick, life kind of went back to normal(the first week and a half back on spark I was off work), and I am just having a hard time finding a balance. But tonight as I was sitting in my bed eating some twizzlers-I made a promise to myself. This is not me giving up. I am not going to "start over" once again, because I haven't quit yet! I am going to march my butt right into that gym tomorrow and whip my butt back into shape. It is never too late to work out-I just have to keep my eyes on the prize.

You are right, don't give up. You are worth it. You can. You will. Winter sucks. We moved over 1000 miles to get away from it. Baby steps. One good choice at a time. You can do it!!

Don't give up. The greatest part about SPARKS is this is NOT a diet'. It's a lifestyle and we are all human. In fact, some comments suggest you may want to have that little something that is craving to the N'th degree...it's all good.

But you are right on! Just get into your routine. You have your whole life to make it better.
