It's missing and I can't find it anywhere!

Maybe three goals a week is too much for me, so I'm going to dial it back. This week, I'll try to focus on two goals--simple, easily achievable goals.
1. 7 hours of sleep per night
2. 40 minutes of fitness per day
That's it; that's all.

Last week I overachieved my goal of doing something just for fun. I went to the opera on Thursday, and Friday I had an in-home dance party with legends!

Youtube let me do the Twist with Chubby Checker, the Mashed Potatoes with Dee Sharp, the Twine with Alvin Cash and the Crawlers and the Tighten-Up with Archie Bell and the Drells. I even got to take a Shim Sham lesson from Frankie Manning. Awesome!

    Sometimes it's good to just focus on one or two things at a time. Sounds like you had a great, fun dance party!
