Week 3

Hmmm so I gained 3 pounds this week, and lost another percentage of body fat. What? No sense in whining, it's on to next week.

Things I Did Awesome This Week:
-Drink 88 oz water daily!
-Exercise daily!

Things To Improve On For Next Week:
-Exercise earlier
-Go to bed earlier
-Keep a tidier apartment
-Always have a healthy recipe ready to go
-Avoid wheat, gluten, and dairy
-No eating out
-Drink a smoothie daily

Seems like the things to improve greatly outweigh the awesome things, which could explain the 3 pound weight gain. Kind of disappointed in myself. Determined to do better next week.
