Getting ready for the week ahead

This week-end has been pretty good. I got most of my errands and chores done and still managed some down time. I went off the SHRED plan yesterday and likely over in calories but I have done good today. It's all about balance right
Today I am plotting out my next week. Exercise & food
I am about to start dinner for tonight- roasted lemon chicken with carrots& zucchini and brown rice

. I plan on using some of leftover chicken for sandwiches this week
While the chicken is cooking, I think I will workout. Plus its a great way to get my deep conditioner treatment to work without sitting under the dryer ( all about multi-tasking)
Tomorrow is weigh in and the start of Week 4 of the SHRED diet
