I do not like to chew many vegetables, so I make a huge bowl of chicken broth and add as many vegetables as I can get (cabbage, celery, tomatoes, suchinni, chayote squash, carrots, a lot of spinach, etc.) and boilt it until all aver quite cooked. Some cilantro and other seasonings and then smash everything and make a delicious cream of vegetables (no heavy cream nor milk added, just the seasoning) and separate it on12 ouncess portions. I freeze them and eat one a day. I make sometimes up to 30 portions in just one time and it lasts for more than a month. That has helped me a lot with my vegetable portions and my work is done once in a while. It sure simplifies my life.
