Good Week

Good week this week. Definitely seeing some results now. Down almost 2.5lbs from my eating habits and my working out. It gives me the motiviation to keep going. I am researching the trainers that work for us at the various locations and deciding who I want to start seeing. It's a big decision and I feel like I am really getting ready for it!
