I wanted to start off this blog by explaining my status update from last night about the wedding. I wrote that I might not be getting married next year after all without explaining. Well, I didn't think to explain and there's a character limit, too. So here's the explanation. We may be putting off the wedding not because we are fighting, not that we don't fight once in a while, but because we want to move from where we are desperately. Things where we work are getting more and more unbearable and there's slim to none job opportunities where we are. So we are currently considering putting off the wedding to use those funds to get out of here. We are not sure yet, it's just a consideration at this point. That is what is going on. We are both doing very well together, so that's not what's going on. Explanation done, lol.
So we are getting ready to start a new BLC. Let me tell you, I am excited. It's been a long time since the last one and I really want to get my act in gear this time as a leader and as a person. I have a lot of goals this year and I need to get my butt in gear and start getting to them. So, I'm going to post my measurements and all that jazz again this time around and my fitness tests and my fitness plan seeing as I'm starting over yet again. My reset button has been hit so many times, it's really not funny. But at least I'm still trying, right? Anyway, my fitness plan is simple. I have a couple of DVDs that are supposed to work together as a boot camp to get you some good cardio and power sculpt. I'm going to do one of those DVDs every other day, every day. This time I'm treating it like a doctor's appointment or something that I can't miss and stop skipping my workouts. I can't reach my weight loss and fitness goals by skipping. So there's that. As for my measurements, while I'm not proud of the fact that some of them went up from the last time I took them, November, they didn't go up as much as I thought they would have. So while I have gained weight, I've kept a lot of muscle and that's something to definitely be proud of. So here are my week 1 measurements:
