Interval Training / Circuit training

So... Sparkcoach suggested I blog about implementing one of these into my routine and then blog about it
I plan on going to the gym today so I think I will try the interval training on the elliptical, or if I have enough time do a short interval training on the treadmill
I usually enjoy doing interval training as long as I can keep up and don't get distracted. Usually good music helps me keep up
Anyway I'll try to remember to blog about that when I finally finish :)

    I have been doing the P90X videos and they are very interval-like. It is really nice to push yourself hard then brake, then do it all over again. Feels like the workout isn't too hard until you finished and you feel the burn!

    I'm a big fan of intervals.....they work real good for overall cardio health, and rumor has it, helps burn fat calories better.
