Zumba is here...

Well my Zumba finally made it. The next day I put in the step by step learning disk. OMG!!! I don't know about even trying the activate disk. Which puts everything you learn together to start the workout. The learning disk is a workout in itself! I had never sweated so much in my life. Not even when I had to work in the summer without air and the temp read indoors 115 degrees. I felt nasty when I was done but also very very good. I love it though. Today was a rest day for me and I actually missed doing it. Might try and take off tomorrow and start it on Monday so my rest days fall with the program.

Went shopping today and bought Whole Grain Bread, Whole Wheat English Muffins and Whole Wheat Just Right Portions Bagels. I also got grilled chicken, bananas, oven roasted turkey and some other healthy stuff. I didn't forget my case of water. Also bought 12 little 8 oz. bottles so I remember to drink one before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Since my last blog I have lost 2 lbs. YEA!!! Only thing I have left to incorporate into this is my vitamins. I'm taking one day at a time. Some days are harder then others but I'm trying. I don't always make the right decision but I don't beat myself up I just say time I will do better.
