Didn't get a chance to exercise today. Took me a while to get up and going. By the time I got to the grocery store, did my shopping and checked out and did a few errands it was 12:00. I had to be somewhere at 1pm, so I unpacked groceries, did a little laundry, changed and left. I got home around 5pm.

I had a great breakfast and an mediocre lunch. I had a BLT on wheat with french fries, but I didn't eat them all. No booze, only soda water.

When I got home, I started dinner, which was great. However, this left no time for exercise.

I went over a little my calories today by 200 and I came in 150 minutes under my total minutes for the week.

Hoping to make it to yoga tomorrow morning and then maybe a walk when I get home.

    With calories, sometimes you go a little over, sometimes you go a little under... it all balances out in the end. And with fitness minutes, you're doing great to get ANY in in my book! emoticon

    One day does not a pattern make...take each day as it comes...they seem to even out over time.

    Sound like you still did pretty good! Are there any short at-home exercises you might like to do? There's always some way to squeeze it in, even when you're short on time.
