Thank you all for your well wishes. I am feeling better. I am not sure what is was - the 24 hour flu or something I ate. I went to bed early and slept for almost 12 hours!!
This morning I went to a seminar at the gym and signed up for the New Year's Transformation Challenge with one of the new personal trainers. It will run for 8 weeks and there will be 8 group sessions. I am also looking at doing 8 personal sessions with him.
It was a gorgeous day today - hard to believe it is the middle of January. My husband and I went for a a walk down in the canyon trail behind our house. We didn't need to wear a coat!
One thing I realized today -- as my husband and I talked -- I lost a lot of accountability last fall. I lost my personal trainer and I stopped going to TOPS. Plus, there was the big letdown of the wedding being over and then we headed into the holiday season. I started being exhausted. All these factors came together at once and I kinda lost it and I began to gain weight. I am so glad I had SP to keep me going or it could have been worse.
I am hoping with my thyroid medication, the gym challenge, and SP challenges and friends that I am back on the road to Onderland!!
