Yesterday marked my 3rd anniversary on Spark People- I can't believe it's been 3 years, so much has happened! I went from a low diet, to very low carb, back to low carb, and recently to pescatarian and vegan. For exercise, it began with my mini-elliptical and mini stepper, to Jillian's 30 Day Shred then the rest of her DVDS including Body Revolution, P90Xm Zumba and my beloved kettlebells. I sprinted, jogged, and even walked and jogged outside(something I swore I'd NEVER do!) All in 3 years! And even today-a marathon of exercise -kettlebells, chest and back heavy weight training, the treadclimber, treadmill and bike--all of this was not possible 3 years ago-let alone in a single day.

The support I have had at Spark all this time has blessed my journey more than I can express in mere words. You all were with me as I lamented my sister's cruel yet well meaning remarks about my body. You were all with me when our dog Kizzy passed at the age of 11 and how it was a link to my late mother being the puppy she cried to get. You were with me as my dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer and prayed with me that he would be all right(he is doing WELL now, thank God!) And you laughed with me as I made my kids wait for their Christmas presents under the tree because they woke up too early-I stayed on the elliptical until my workout was done! And you all supported me when I got my short short hair--that was wonderful!!

So thank you all so much from the bottom of my have Sparked me and I hope to Spark you all for another year!!
