I started off so well and now have stopped dropping any weight in almost two weeks. Every time I workout I gain a pound the next day and it takes about two days before it drops back down. I am so tired of being to told that this is normal because I am female or that it is most likely muscle. How can you add a pound of muscle one day and lose it two days later? I'm not giving up, but I want to see some positive results to know I am moving in the right direction.

    The same thing is happening to me and it's so frustrating. I'm not going over my nutrition goals and I am cardio exercising 5 days a week and the scale isn't going down and neither are my clothes sizes. WHAT TO DO!!!?????

    Have you tried switching what you eat.. sometimes we hit a plateau and we need to shake up the old bod so to speak...and much as we hate hearing it water retention is a
    fact of life. Try a glass of warm water with lemon juice first thing in the morning it is
    a natural diuretic .... emoticon
