So, im back at it! I'm going back to what I know works. I've started to walk 5+ miles a day. This week I've only went to the gym for cardio but next week I will get back into weights. This week I only focused on mileage and eating right. Also, I decided to stop weighing myself weekly, lately its hurting me more then helping. When I dont see a change I get upset and then eat. Im just going to focus on how I feel and I think that's what is more important, right? So, i'm going to weigh at the end of the month. I stole this idea from a spark friend, I don't think she will mind.

    I am going to weigh myself once a week on Mondays. I try not to stress myself out about the numbers on the scale. I went a month without weighing myself before I got serious. Fortunately the numbers didn't go up but the numbers didn't go down either. The numbers went up for Christmas but only 2 pounds. I am excited to see the numbers on the scale on Monday. Good luck with your monthly weigh ins.

    Nah. I'm ok with it. That's the exact reason I stopped weighing myself. It's easier to focus on the stuff that matters (exercise and diet) than to worry about the scale the whole time.

    I hope it works for you like it has me. I feel great and I'm getting some great habits started. I'm only weighing in monthly. I know I'll see a change by then.
