2 weeks down and I lost another 2 pounds. I am working hard and going slow but it will pay off in the long run. This week I set a physical activity goal. A group of friends and I are going to do the Disneyland 5K or 10K at the end of August. I am so excited to have found a goal that has been working so hard and loving it too.. =)
