And that is what happens when you lose weight

Friday, January 18, 2013

I started working on my life last year and decided I was going to get down to 120. I started eating right, a diet that revolved around my PCOS, and work outs that were easier on my system and life. Should have lost weight right? Actually I started gaining weight and it was frustrating me. Three months had gone by and I was still not losing weight and I was really sick. I thought it was due to the fire smoke that was lingering over the Treasure Valley making it hard for me to breath. So I let months go by and I couldn't jog or do anything. Finally my husband looked at me and handed me a pregnancy test. Now I have issues with infertility and it has been YEARS since I have had a baby. Like seven years. I gave a slight laugh and took it just to ease his mind. It came back positive. Twice.
Seven months later I am here telling you all that I haven't dropped off the face of the earth and just waiting until my daughter is born.

Basically for PCOS you want to stay away from chemicals. Especially soda's like Coca Cola, back off of dairy, and here is a website that helps.
