Goal Setting

I have 100 pounds to lose. I want to lose this weight as well as obtain an athletic physique. I am giving myself 2 years to accomplish this.

I want to lose 5 pounds/month. I am going to accomplish this by drinking green smoothies, so I get plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, and following a Paleo diet.

Jan goal: 220

    Paleo is the theory that humans are only meant to eat things that a caveman would have eaten... meat, fruits, veggies, berries, nuts, seeds, eggs... NO grains, soy, rice, potatoes, etc. Totally agree with the theory behind it. As far as the smoothies goes, throw a handful of spinach into anything. Spinach is mild and healthy. I'm happy to share some of my favorite recipes for anyone interested..

    Good luck on your weight loss journey. I don't know what a Paleo diet is. I will have to look it up:) I'm doing the 24 day challenge from Advocare. Also a low carb diet. So far I have lost 5 pounds since the 7th:) I also sell the products:)

    The green tea smoothies sounds interesting. Are they good? I've been drinking a lot of green hot tea and herbal tea. No soda and no coffee. oh and of course I drink a lot of water!
