Not so great today

Today was such a busy day that when I got home I went straight for the comfort foods. Bad Idea!
I guess tomorrow I will have to skimp and exercise more to work off today.

Bad days are bound to happen -- we aren't perfect ! Don't try to "skimp" the next day, just get back on your plan; the overeat one day, skimp the next, just becomes a vicious circle that doesn't really lead anywhere. Shake it off, get back on track, and accept that your progress may be a little slower than you would like. One step back, 2 steps forward -- that still adds up to 1 step forward!

I FIND THAT I SHOP AND PLAN NOW SO EVEN IF I COME HOME BONE TIRED THERE ARE THINGS LEGAL AND SAFE TO PIG OUT ON. IT TAKES WORK AND PLANNING TO FIND THINGS THAT YOU REALLY LIKE SO THE FOODS THAT DON'T WORK FOR YOU WILL NOT CALL.
ALSO, TRY AND MAKE THEM NOT SO EASILY AVAILABLE TO YOU. REMEMBER THE TRAPS TO BREAKING YOUR DIET IS...H.A.L.T....HUNGRY, ANGRY, LONELY , TIRED.
