Another week down

It's been another good week. I've followed the Sparkpeople Diet plan almost exactly this week - it's amazing. I feel so much fuller with what I"m eating, which seems backwards when you look at calorie counts. Must be some truth to nutrient dense foods after all.
I've got my food list printed off for next week, so I'll review that to make sure I only get what I need when I'm at the grocery store tomorrow. I've got a couple of lunch meetings this week so I will need to be diligent in tracking and making healthy choices.
Worked out 4 days so far and I have one more planned for tomorrow. Been getting walking in. And I'm SOOOOOOOO excited - my Fitbit arrived today! Now I can keep track of my steps, particularly at work. I'm trying to be better about getting up from my desk fairly regularly and taking a short walk to another desk, to get water, bathroom, etc. But doesn't change the fact I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. Just have to get creative is all.
