Another week down

Friday, January 18, 2013

It's been another good week. I've followed the Sparkpeople Diet plan almost exactly this week - it's amazing. I feel so much fuller with what I"m eating, which seems backwards when you look at calorie counts. Must be some truth to nutrient dense foods after all. emoticon I've got my food list printed off for next week, so I'll review that to make sure I only get what I need when I'm at the grocery store tomorrow. I've got a couple of lunch meetings this week so I will need to be diligent in tracking and making healthy choices.

Worked out 4 days so far and I have one more planned for tomorrow. Been getting walking in. And I'm SOOOOOOOO excited - my Fitbit arrived today! Now I can keep track of my steps, particularly at work. I'm trying to be better about getting up from my desk fairly regularly and taking a short walk to another desk, to get water, bathroom, etc. But doesn't change the fact I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. Just have to get creative is all.

Alright - enough for now. Have a great weekend everyone!

I thought about following the spark plan, but its difficult for me I'm such a picky person, not to mention I have two others who are quite picky as well. My problem is I do not like fruits or veggies. My husband bought a juicer the other day and so he's been making some yummy juices so I've been getting fruit in my system more now than before. I just gotta get the veggies in more. :/

Great job on working out for 4 days straight!keep up the awesome job!

I hoping to get a Fitbit for my birthday, so I will be excited to hear about how you like yours. Good luck with your goals!
