3 slices low sodium chicken coldcuts
3 steamed dumplings and some steamed chicken and broccoli

*did a plank for a full minute!

    Nice job on the full minute :) Keep working on that! Try to do side planks, too. OMG those things kill me. I can hardly stay up at all
