MY CHALLENGE:
Did 50 Burpees in 6:54.7
Ran 1 mile in 9:15 (Down 9 seconds from yesterday and 27 seconds from day 1)
Did P90X (Day 61)-- Legs & Back

I logged all my food for today... After work this morning, we went out and had a couple cocktails. I'm learning that I can do this once in a while and I can still achieve my goals! Life is going to be about balance! Lovin' every moment!
