Figuring it out

So the weight loss seemed to come to a screeching halt. So I did a little research. My answer, too much dairy, too few carbs and not enough calories. My problem has been I have been under eating. Imagine that. Too little. So Time to retweak what I am eating and work at it a little more. Lets hear it for figuring it all out!!!!!!!!

    I hit a long stall awhile back myself. The thing that got me back on plan was just what you mention here: eating more, and allowing my carb allotment to creep up just a bit. This concerns me, because it was very tough to "go low" there - I'm such a carb junkie! But it worked. You just have to find the new "right values" for you.

    Yeah, sometimes it's the little things that stop everything in its tracks. Add in some calories, but don't go crazy with the carbs!!
