Friday Struggles

I'm struggling. Big time. Not just with weightloss but in other things. I stopped taking my vitamins and my diet is seriously lacking in freggies even if I focus on getting a serving at every meal. I feel like I never fully recovered from the flu so now I am focusing on getting my immunity back up.

My fitbit didn't track all my steps yesterday. Not sure what is going on with that. I guess I need to try different places to keep it and see if it makes a difference. The bad thing is that is missed a whole flight of stairs for the second day this week. I know it's not perfect but I worked hard to get up to a certain number of steps yesterday and it missed the last part of it.

Anyhow... Enough whining.

Goals for today:

emoticon Log at least 2500 steps today emoticon

emoticon Get in at least 5 servings of freggies emoticon

emoticon Take all vitamins today emoticon

emoticon Watch/complete as well a possible a section of the Yoga for Inflexible People video

emoticon Conduct inspection needed and complete report emoticon

emoticon Drink at least 80oz of water and at least 2 cups of tea emoticon

    Sorry you are struggling! It's so hard to stay focused sometimes even when we know it's the right/healthy thing to do. You are right to just keep pushing because you ARE worth it! All the little things we do will add up to change if we just stay committed to them. That's frustrating about your fitbit, but you KNOW you did it whether it tracked it or not, so be proud of your accomplishment of climbing the stairs. I'm struggling a little, too, but I can't give up. It's a life-long journey we are on, so we just have to do our best and keep encouraging each other. We CAN do this!

    I was debating on the fitbit thing because my mio watch is not as accurate as I would Like. Maybe ignorance is bliss and I should not want to count everything, giggle. I started drinking the V8 Fusion light to get an extra serving of veggies in. They are only like 50 calories and worth not having to figure out how to add more veggies to your meals. They have all types of flavors like Strawberry bananna or Pomagrante/grape. Taste like regular juice but gives you a complete serving.
