I woke up feeling really good this morning. I mean, it's Friday, payday, and tonight I get to hang out with some of my very favorite people! What's not to be happy about!? I turned on the TV to see what the weather was going to be like and CMT was on . I listened to the song(which i have never heard before) that was playing, figuring it would help boost my already buoyant spirit and omigosh, it brought me down to the depths! Holy moly! I am so depressed right now...

Okay, I am coming out of it now that I have written it down. I'd forgotten that music can work both ways. I tend to listen to classical music as well as my favorite music on I have on my Ipod. 99% of my music is uplifting and helps me come out of a bad or depressed mood when one descends upon me. This one totally did the opposite. Amazing!

Time for me to get ready for work. I am going to turn on MY music and dance as I am getting ready to go. I AM having a great day!

I hope you do too!
Bright Blessings,

Gosh, its amazing how music can affect us - that happens to me too. Or if I am in a bad/sad mood, I want to listen to only certain types of music. Have a wonderful weekend :-)

Thanks for reminding me to be aware of what may influence my mood. That's SO important, especially this time of year!

Oh, I start crying within the first first 3 notes of Miranda Lambert's "House that built me" - oh my I am tearing up just typing the title out. Country music can have that effect! Enjoy some happy music and have a great weekend!!
