I hope everyone is well! I know that I have been feeling much better lately, especially since joining a gym, and being able to get there every day! I'm not seeing huge results in my size, but I am feeling a LOT more energetic, and I actually look forward to getting to the gym before my long work days!! I work 10-12 hour days, and I definitely find that I'm more tired if I don't make it to the gym before work. I try to at least do 30 minutes of cardio along with a few strength exercises each morning. I have also been fortunate enough to be able to work with a trainer for a couple of sessions and she has got me started on the right path with a plan/program for me right now. I haven't been this confident about getting healthy in a very long time!
I know that with time and healthy practices, I will be able to get results. I will continue to try to eat healthier, and will definitely keep my daily gym time going. I'm so glad that I made an investment in my health finally. I quit smoking last month, too. And thank goodness for Sparkpeople.com!!! I defintely have the tools to make a success story....we shall see....
