Seated chair cardio exercise

I just did as much as I was able of Coach Nicole's seated cardio exercise (11 minutes). I lasted the distance but had to slow things down quite a bit, and man am I uncoordinated! That's what what happens without spending regular time exercising, huh. Well, that's OK, cos I know if I keep it up, I will get better at coordination and strength.
Had my second physio treatment for sciatica too. Wow one leg is so much more streamlined than the other now! The one that was worked on has reduced swelling, but the other pain free leg is obviously swollen too. Hmm. I hope this exercise, treatment and diet helps a lot.
On another note, I am reducing the sugar intake as well.
