I'm back!!! I have missed vlogging so much!! This is just a ramble but it felt so good to be back with everyone. I hope to keep this up - whether it's just a check in for a minute or a ramble like today.

    I'm not sure what's going on with your cabana boys. But glad you're baaaaaack and fitness fridays is a great idea!

    I'm the same way on tracking. I can manage and be roughly good without tracking - but it is way easier with.

    For fitness friday stuffs:
    I have a few DVDs that I have experimented with, but you seem like you are much more fit than I am so what I would recommend might not be very useful to you-- but one thing I've really enjoyed is the body groove series... the host is a little hippy-body-exploration, but her yoga groove is a very fun and centering experience:

    Also, if you've never done the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels, her three sets of workouts on that DVD are KILLER! Each level is actually super short, you just repeat it a few times, so you can forward to 3:48 on the link below to get one of her rotations-- it's about 7 minutes total for one rotation, but there's good strength, cardio and abs moves on each one. TOTALLY recommend.

    Loved the Vlog. New fitness ideas? Not sure. Have you tried high knees yet? It jut holding your hands together about chest high in front and then bringing each knee up to the hands. Has a little rotation to it to work the abs as well... standing ab work.

    Thanks for totally giving me my CARBJUNKIE fix! I've missed you soooo much, it was nice to see your beautiful face again and hear your exciting plans! I'll try to think of some "different" excercise for you to try. If I do, I'll be baaack! emoticon
