I'm proud of myself. I'm sticking to the plan and the great thing about a plan you can change it if needed. I have a monthly goal of 5 lbs. Like I stated yesterday I'm not sure if I'm going to hit that mark for the month of January.

Even if I don't there are goals that I'm meeting daily and that's a step in the right direction. I just keep telling myself to keep it simple and in time I will see changes. I didn't put this weight on over night and it's not going to come off in a month or two.

I've come to realize that this is truly a journey and the results will be well worth the wait. This is the first time in my adult life that I have a positive attitude towards weight lost.
