    I found this very encouraging. I get a lot of flack at home not at Spark about worrying about a pound or two. Those that haven't lost almost 100 two or three times don't seem to get it that it really takes diligence to not let it happen again.

    I've also been following the blood type diet that FEBSHOWERS16 introduced me to. I'm a type O. And since I've been eating more of the darker, fattier meats and veggies it recommends.... my weight has been a lot more stable. I also feel more calm and balanced.

    It is all about body chemistry!

    Good blog Annie. Yes there are some nasty commentors in Spark! The good part is that we can delete any of the comments. Which I have done a few times. I don't bounce off negativity too well. Sorry to here that Brandy locked down her blog. I wanted to read it. I haven't clicked on the link yet. So maybe I can read it and throw some positive her way.
