Yeah.... up to 269.5 lbs in a matter of days. BIG False start. Startin' again tomorrow. Tried cycling on bike today, spindles died, fell of bike which was attached to turbotrainer. Tried running on Week 6 of C25K, couldn't finish. Can't even go back and do week 5 as it's TOUGHER than week 6. I'll weight train and walk tomorrow.
