I recently revisited these two USA TODAY articles to remind myself what I can do when I remain committed and focused to my healthy habits. I forgot how far I had gotten, and I now understand that the vision has to be held in the forefront of your mind to stay the course sometimes. Like the visualization/goal setting tools SP we can learn here. I really am continually amazed that SP offers us so much information-proven facts, never gimmicks-and it's all free! Finding this site is the number 1 reason I was able to reach my goals, and the more active I am with my use of the tools here, the easier it is to remain on track!
