O.K. Body this is it.. 'Yes' I mean you there the one looking so surprised. What's been going on is all going to stop! The complaining and the sickness.. I get it.. I finally get it you are not getting what you need & you are sick and tired. You work all day & for what nothing in return. So this is the deal.. I just kinda woke up one morning and realized that we've been hanging around together for almost half a century & I thought that I knew and understood you but apparently I was wrong and I'm sorry, sorry I took you for granted and didn't listen or even seem to care. But I do care.. we're in this for the long hall. So this is the deal.. I'm going to drink more water, get more exercise, eat better things for you & create less stress for you by treating you respectfully. I have this idea that the weight gain you've experienced is due to all the above mentioned and that together we can live a happier, fuller & healthier life for yet another 50 years. So this is my weight plan for you. Your current weight as of today is 151.

End of January - 152
End of February- 148
End of March- 144
End of April- 140
End of May- 136
End of June- 132
End of July- 128
End of Aug 124
2nd week in Sept 122 Goal Achieved

My initial Goal is to begin by walking 12 Miles per week and then build on things from there as stamina increases and muscle tone allows.

    Good Luck! I'm starting over again. I lost about 26lbs in 2009 but have added it back on.... it's so frustrating to look in the mirror and see an older heavy woman looking back at me. Realizing (finally) that the mirror is not the issue.... this 54 year woman is getting back on track...... emoticon
