Staying active.

My adjustment to a new way of eating is getting better. Now I start adding activities and exercise to daily life.
- 1 hour at the gym: yoga, cross-training on even days. Interval cardio training and lift weight on odd days.
- Activities: Start cutting down on sitting times. Keep moving, cleaning .
-squat 100/day challenge.
