Starting over.... again!! Maybe it will click in this time. I'm going to have a much more positive spin on things - things that I CAN and WILL do as opposed to what I can't and won't do.

I CAN and WILL walk daily - even if it's for 10 minutes.

I CAN and WILL work on portion control - even if it's one meal a day - at least I will have succeeded with that one meal.

I CAN and WILL be more active and get things accomplished instead of choosing to put food in my mouth especially when I'm bored and not even hungry!

    You have come to the right place. SparkPeople has many tools for motivation and how to reach your goals. I started tracking my food, exercise and SparkPoints.

    Tracking food helps me see how and what kind of foods I am eating. It helps avoid the thoughtless eating. I track my food even when I overeat. emoticon

    Tracking exercise helps me see how I am progressing and how active I am. I believe the more active I am, the healthier I am and the more weight I can lose.

    Tracking SparkPoints motivates me to read articles, take quizzes, etc., all that provides knowledge and motivation to lose weight. Learning from others is the key I think.

    I wish you success in your journey to losing weight.
