My legs that is, while doing this workout last night...

Only 10 minutes, but my legs are hurting a little this morning which is good.

So I've recently realized that there is a huge selection of workouts available on Youtube. This is great... I can diversify my workout and not get bored. It's also fun to watch some of them and pick the ones I want to try next!

    I also noticed that watching those workouts kindda motivate me to keep on working out... so I can look just like them! : )
