Im not killing myself working out, because Im so busy living life with school, work, family, life...and so how does my body repay me...by not losing even one pound yet this week. I eat maybe one to two meals a day...and i know thats not the best way to do it, but being full time doing everything, its the best I can do. ugh...i feel defeated. :(

    This always works with one step backwards for every two forwards. Weight loss (and fitness, and just about anything else worthwhile, IMHO) isn't a straight-line progression. It's fits and starts, a little here, some backsliding there. In the case of weightloss, the line might dip a little... go back up a bit... flatline for a while... go up a bit more... drop... plateau for a long time... and so on.

    As long as you're prepared to see that, and not let it throw you off the rails, you can cope and stay on plan. Your success isn't pinned to whatever number is on the scales, hon.

    Small meals every 3 hours. Seriously. Worked wonders for me. Keeps your metabolism working all day! Definitely takes some planning, but it's worth it! Keep some snacks at you're desk, apples and almonds, idk where you work, or protein bars in your purse, i never leave home without something, and make sure you're drinking enough water:) flushes out the fat you burn!
