My workouts have needed a boost. I started the 28 day challenge this week, which will get me back in the habit of daily exercise. I've done yogy and "body attack" at the gym so far this week so it's a change from only the videos for the past few months. Not that those are bad......just not as long or as hard.

    I'm right there too . . . I've been painting for hours just about every day.
    Now I need to add some of the real stuff.
