Take a Break Thursday

Today I am taking a break. My body needs it. I have DOMS and am tired. But just because I am taking a break does not mean I will be a lazy couch potato and do nothing at all...I will do some gentle walking and stretching that will help my muscles recover from the past 4 days of running and lifting weights. I am realizing my limits and slowly building up to a better me.
Give your body a chance to recover. During recovery is when your muscles rebuild themselves and rejuvinate into stronger, leaner beings.
Tomorrow I will be right back at it - but today I am going to show myself a little love.
