1st Goal

I reached my first goal yesterday, to get to 10 full minutes on the elliptical trainer!

It may not be a huge goal, but it kinda is to me. I have been so out of shape that even just getting to 5 minutes had been hard, so 10 in a big deal, I've doubled my time!

Yesterday was my splurge on meat day, I had my favorite hot and spicy beef for dinner, and man did it upset my reflux! I could barely sleep last night! But it was worth it, I think. It got rid of my craving and I feel more than ready to start back on my new way of eating. Pescetarian. I know this time I can stick to eating healthier and my diet changes. My whole family is changing the way that we eat, so this will be a lot easier on me. It will be difficult on nights that they have meat and I have to cook a separate dish for myself, but I just need to remember all I have to gain and it will be well worth it!

So emoticon for a emoticon goal met!!! What an awesome way to get over 'hump' day!
